Returns & Exchanges Policy – Ravern

At Ravern, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent returns and exchanges process. Please read the details below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or final sale items

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by Ravern


3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or product, please contact our support team first to confirm availability.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • If the return is due to a Ravern error (e.g., defective product, incorrect order), we will cover the return shipping cost.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [support@ravern.com] with photos.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


7. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@ravern.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. You will receive instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.


8. International Orders

  • International customers may also request returns and exchanges, but shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties are non-refundable.
