Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

If the return is due to a Ravern error (e.g., defective product, incorrect order), we will cover the return shipping cost.

7. How to Start a Return or Exchange
